Virtual Kitchen

For anybody that is interested, we recently put out a press release regarding the launch of our virtual kitchen training environment. This is now being used by Otago Polytech to complement their traditional delivery of the course, with a view for it to evolve into a full course replacement over time.

I'll attach the PDF of the release to this page (found at the bottom of the page), and if anyone wants to know more, let me know. A new video will be available online soon.

With regards to Chris' posting on Second Life and healthcare, perhaps there is an opportunity for someone to discuss this kind of thing at the Bioethics conference next year. The conference theme is 'Wellbeing and Technology', which is obviously broad and offers plenty of scope. The link is here: http://www.otago.ac.nz/nzbioethicsconference/
